Thyme hydrosol (Thymus vulgaris) has antimicrobial, antiviral, antifungal, and antiseptic qualities. Dilute 30 ml of hydrosol in 1 L of water and use internally during times of colds, flu, respiratory, and gastrintestinal infections. Spray onto throat and gargle at the firest sign of a sore throat. Topically apply to acne and other skin inflammations.
