Yarrow hydrosol (Achillea millefolium) is antispasmodic for the digestive, reproductive, and muscular systems when applied both topically and internally. Helps to reduce discomfort associated with fevers, aches, and pains. Use as a compress for varicose veins, rheumatic pains, to stop bleeding from wounds, and acne. Safe for pets. Energetically, Yarrow provides mental calm and gives protection. For interal use, dilute 30 ml of hydrosol in 1 L of water.
